Free shipping and Returns
FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS ![]()
We use PostNL Packages for our delivery services to ensure ourselves of fast and reliable shipping and when the total amount of your order exceeds € 65,- , then we will send the package free of charge (within in the Netherlands and Belgium). For purchases under the amount of € 65, € 4.95 is charged for shipping costs*.
* This applies to all deliveries within the Netherlands. When you want your product to be send abroad (outside The Netherlands), we will have to charge you the, at that moment, going rates. We therefore made some examples for those who like further information, because we pride ourselves to have a transparent way of communication with our costumers.
We at Avantisport find it important that our customers are pleased with their order(s). And in the case that you change your mind about your order, then we have a service that allows you to return these goods within The Netherlands free of charge. We aim to process your return(s) within one working day and at Avantisport you have four different ways which you can use to return your goods:
1. Free return with Kiala
If you want to return you goods to Avantisport, then you can use (within The Netherlands) our free return service with Kiala. The nearest Kiala point can be found here (opens in new window) and if you want to make use of this service, then you will need the following E-Label to send the package free of charge. To ensure that the package will be sent, you have to print out and attach this label on one side of your shipment.
If the package is too small to stick the label on it, then please make sure that the bar code is fully visible on one side of the package, because this barcode will be scanned automatically during the shipping process and therefore should not be covered with foil.
Nor should the barcode be folded and if you choose to attach the label with tape, then please make sure that all the text on it and the barcode are fully visible.
2. Freepost Number
If you choose not to make use our Kiala service or if there isn’t a Kiala point in the neighbourhood, then you can opt to send the package (within The Netherlands) using our freepost number. You can send your package at a PostNL office of your choice.
For this service, we unfortunately are forced to charge € 5.95 as administration costs. Our freepost number is:

3. Send it yourself
If the options that are given above are not to your liking, then you can choose for your own shipping method. Please pay attention that if you do so, that it will be at your own expense and is sent, especially if you do not use a track and trace code (so called 3S-number), at your own risk.
